5- Religious awareness also went beyond the group of communities residing in Kuwait. Two centers (Urdu language) and two other centers were opened under the name of the Islamic Cultural Center for non-Arabic speakers.
6- Establishing a project of Al-Tarja centers

The study is conducted in the Atorjah centers for memorizing the Noble Qur’an according to levels as follows:
Distinguished Level:
The student memorizes the Noble Qur’an with the meanings of his words, along with an in-depth study of the rulings of intonation, according to the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim, through Al-Shatibiya, within two years in light of the following methodology:
The first year: 14 parts, the second year: 16 parts, the total: 30 parts.
Super level:
The student memorizes the Noble Qur’an with the meanings of his words with an in-depth study of the rulings on intonation, according to Hafs on Asim’s narration through Al-Shatibiya in light of the following methodology:
The first year: 7 parts, the second year: 7 parts, the third year: 8 parts, the fourth year: 8 parts, the total: 30 parts.
Hardworking level:
The student memorizes the entire Holy Qur’an with an in-depth study of the rulings on intonation, according to Hafs on Asim’s narration, at a rate of three parts per year

The Al-Atrjah project is characterized by the continuity of the evaluation throughout the year, whether through monthly tests or end-of-semester tests, in order to diagnose strengths and weaknesses first in order to avoid shortcomings and support the positive aspects as follows:
Monthly tests:
• Six monthly tests are conducted throughout the academic year, at a rate of three tests per semester, representing (20%) of the total score.
• Two quarterly examinations are conducted per year (the fall semester - the spring semester), and they represent (70%) of the total score.
• Allocate (10%) of the total degree for attendance and attendance
Bond:
A student who obtains a graduation license in light of the previous mechanism submits the Holy Qur’an in full to the sheikh after whom he received it, he obtains the license of the document related to the Prophet approved by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs.

The technical and administrative structure of Atterjeh

7 - The establishment of the Institute of Islamic Studies project, which is a study stage that comes after successfully graduating from the stage of the developed system in the Holy Qur'an House, for a period of two years, according to the semester system with four semesters.
The first institute for Islamic studies was opened in (1978 AD) for men, and for women, their first institute was opened in (1984 AD) and the study is divided into two divisions:
1- The Noble Qur’an Division: The study includes memorization, intonation, interpretation, good recitation and intonation, as well as the study of the history of the Noble Qur’an in a manner that is characterized by ease of presentation, the integrity of transmission, the history of the ten readers, the frequency of their narrations, and the Arabic language course.
2- The Da`wah Division: The study includes courses related to the Noble Qur’an and its interpretation, the noble hadith and its sciences, the doctrine, the curricula of the commentators, the decisions of jurisprudence and its sciences, the subject of rhetoric for men, and the subject of the call for women.
We may limit the objectives of the Institute of Islamic Studies to the following:
1- Deepening understanding of Islamic law, and documenting the relationship between the student and the Book of God Almighty, and the Sunnah of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace.
2- Expanding the circle of correct understanding of human relations and the foundations for tolerance in the light of Islam.
3- Preparing competent imams, preachers and teachers who are able to give in their society.
4- Developing the ability to deal with sources of knowledge in Islamic sciences and the mothers of Islamic heritage books in its two divisions except for those who successfully complete the studies in the Noble Qur’an House.
The impetus for the establishment of the Institute of Islamic Studies was the urgent need of society for the legitimate outputs, whether for legal teaching or memorizing the Holy Qur’an, or providing human cadres capable of taking control of its goals, so there was a teacher, governor, imam and preacher who plays the required role in various legal fields.
8- Introductory classes (literacy eradication): Illiteracy is one of the obstacles to progress and prosperity in civilized societies, and it is a manifestation of social, cultural and intellectual backwardness in society, and since a large segment of society missed acquiring education at a young age and it became a heavy burden on them in upbringing Generations have a correct Islamic upbringing, so the Department of Islamic Studies took the initiative to establish introductory classes to educate adults, men and women, to be the basic basis for preparing them for the stage of joining the role of the Noble Qur’an. It also provided an opportunity for this generation to learn and memorize the Book of God Almighty, and to gain an understanding of the secrets of the tolerant Islamic law, to contribute to society in Raising children is a true Islamic upbringing.
The study in the introductory chapters includes reciting and memorizing the last three parts of the Holy Qur’an, knowing some of the chapters of jurisprudence from purity, prayer, fasting and Hajj, learning the principles of the Arabic language, in addition to studying the biography of the Chosen One - may God bless him and grant him peace - and the duration of study in these chapters is six years over the course of Three days a week.
9- Community Correctional Centers: The Department of Islamic Studies has established several correctional centers in the country, where the Rashad Center was opened in the Central Prison in 1404 AH - 1985 CE, the Al-Hidaya Center in the Public Prison in 1422 AH - 2001 CE, and the Social Assessment Center was recently opened in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in In the year 2001 A.D. 1422.
These centers are the most important institutions working in the process of behavioral change for the perpetrators of congenital crimes, and the motive behind the establishment of these crimes was
The centers that contribute seriously with state institutions in the reform process in society, and this role comes as the missionary message carried by the ministry in spreading religious awareness and legal education for all different groups of society. Besides memorizing the Holy Qur’an to complete the aspects of the human soul consisting of matter and spirit, so that he nourishes his soul with the Noble Qur’an and nourishes the other side with innocent entertainment and commendable competition, and by God Almighty extends dozens of graduates from this center who have memorized the Noble Qur’an and have taught, led and memorized in our beloved Kuwait.
10- Development and training system for preparing male and female teachers. The role of the Noble Qur’an has witnessed a remarkable development in the past years, as it worked on developing the curriculum and the unit of measurement and evaluation. In this, committees specialized in Sharia sciences were assigned to carry out this official task.
In the interest of the administration to raise the scientific and training level of male and female teachers, the Technical Guidance Office of the Department prepared scientific and administrative courses to qualify the human cadre of male and female teachers, and provide them with the latest educational tools and techniques in the field of teaching methods and curricula, and the skills of dealing with male and female students.
The courses are divided into two stages:
The first stage: weekly sessions:
1- Grammar course.
2- The Hadith Terminology Course.
3- The Creed Course.
The second stage: annual courses:
1- Jurisprudence Course.
2- Tajweed course.
3- Teaching Methods Course.
The motivation of this system was to create a generation of workers in the ministry with the skills of outstanding giving and good production, which results in the graduation of batches of qualified teachers who are able to meet the needs of governmental and private institutions of the state, and also in which workers in the administration acquire the highest degree of qualification in their field of specialization Educational, and working to develop it to the extent possible.
11- The system of courses in forensic and human sciences. The administration was keen to spread the benefit and provide the best scientific services and facilitate the process of receiving and learning forensic sciences to include the largest number possible, and to attract most segments of society, so it established a (Courses in Sharia and Human Sciences Courses) project to serve as a counter-system and parallel to the role of the Noble Qur’an, in order to fulfill the desires of many who have converted Their circumstances without being able to adhere to the system developed in the house for a period of four consecutive years, and at the same time they have a sincere desire and eagerness to learn Sharia sciences, and in order not to deprive them of scientific benefit, the project has been proposed in the hope that it will achieve its desired goals, and the duration of the course does not exceed one semester. At most, each center chooses the legal or humanitarian courses to suit it, leaving the center free to determine the course hours by providing that the number of registrants wishing to participate is not less than ten male or female students as a minimum, and these courses include a lot of forensic sciences and humanities.

4- Arabic grammar.

7- Interpretation and its sciences.

6- Principles of educating leaders.
7- Effective delivery skills.
At the conclusion of the course, the learner or student is granted a To Whom It May Concern Certificate, certified by the Ministry, on his participation and commitment to attend, provided that the attendance rate is not less than 70% of the course duration.
The Sharia courses system is one of the Ministry’s achievements in developing work in the role of the Noble Qur’an, as many desire to study forensic sciences but without exams, and by the grace of God Almighty the centers have begun to organize these courses, and they have met with much approval as possible registered in this system, and this achievement comes in response to For the ministry's mission in religious awareness and legal education for all segments of society.
12- The Social Media Office Project: The Department of Islamic Studies introduced among its objectives the Social Media Office project, and it was established in 2000 AD, which aims to introduce the role of the Holy Qur’an in society and spread its lofty message to the largest possible number of male and female scholars to join it and follow-up scholars and take care to address their social issues And their family problems, and work to communicate with the people of the residential area through contacts and visits, direct congratulatory cards on holidays and events, and contribute to inculcating faith concepts and correcting behavior, by spreading awareness and culture and seeking to treat some negative phenomena used in society, holding parties and organizing seminars and lectures in Religious events and inviting the residents of the region to participate in them, in addition to spreading Sharia sciences and Islamic culture, working on rooting Islamic values, documenting social relations and achieving the principles of brotherhood of faith among all scholars in an atmosphere that is challenged by the social spirit that from its inception strengthens fraternal ties and supports the causes of intimacy and love. The office has two sides:
First: the social aspect: it contains:
1- Organizing acquaintance meetings between male and female students and role administrations at the beginning of each academic year.
2- Organizing seminars and celebrations on occasions and holidays.
3- Holding honoring parties for male and female graduates.
4- Group breakfast.
5- Establishing charitable markets, charitable dish, book fair and Islamic tape.
Contact with students on occasions to congratulate the patient or clinic the patient.
7- Organizing trips to perform Umrah, recreational trips and setting up camps.
8- Cooperating with charitable bodies and committees, and finding a formula and a mechanism that defines the fields and means of this cooperation.
Second: the cultural committees and it contains:
1- Printing brochures and advertisements to introduce the role and activities of the Noble Qur’an.
2- Issuing a magazine or a leaflet on occasions, in addition to other publications.
3- Holding religious and cultural competitions for all levels in the round.
4- Holding lectures on religious and other occasions and hosting senior scholars and sheikhs to them.
5- Introducing some Islamic issues and working to support them through material and moral support.
Each center prepares an annual plan to be approved at the beginning of each academic year, and makes room for all centers in cooperation with all official and private bodies to implement these activities. The administration also allocates a budget that covers the office’s needs to implement its activities and programs, and entrusts the supervisor or supervisor of the house with the responsibility of these offices to whoever owns The ability to take responsibility, provided that the number of employees in the office is not less than two.
With the grace of God Almighty, the centers have embarked on this new project and, with the grace of God Almighty, it has achieved its desired goals.
The administration is still developing its activities and expanding its service areas in light of the careful review of its path, in addition to anticipating the future, touching its needs, and conceptualizing its requirements, and it works diligently to spread its message to all groups of society at their different scientific and cultural levels, believing in serving the Noble Book of God, and consolidating Because of its tolerant teachings, lofty morals, and its contribution, in addition to the blessed march taken by the Kuwaiti government and people to complete the implementation of the provisions of Islamic law.
